At Mellio, we stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Within 30 days of your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • The guarantee applies to a selected Mellio products purchased directly from www.byfineon.com (the selected products have the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee listed on their respective page).
  • The product must be returned intact, with no signs of functional deterioration, malfunction, or major wear and tear.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, bank statement, or order confirmation) is required to process the guarantee.

How to Return a Product

  • Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization number.
  • Fill out the return form included with your shipment indicating the reason for dissatisfaction.
  • Package the product securely and include the completed returns form and proof of purchase.
  • Ship the product back to the address provided by Mellio.

Terms and Conditions

  • The product must be returned in a clean and dry condition, with no significant signs of wear or damage.
  • Claims under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee are limited to one per customer, per calendar year.
  • Packaging and tags do not need to be returned, but the product must be in its original condition.
  • Exception — Consumables: Because consumable items may be fully used within the 30-day period, a physical return is not required for a refund under this guarantee; refunds will be issued upon verification of purchase, even if the product has been completely consumed.
  • Mellio reserves the right to amend or cancel this policy at any time and to reject claims that do not meet the specified conditions.
  • If a claim is refused, Mellio will provide an explanation and return the product to you upon request.

Refund or Exchange

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, Mellio will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
